Job Description
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: To conduct product/soft skills training to clients and stakeholders.
To attend/support new product launching events.
Able to drive training initiatives and projects assigned.
Able to quickly learn new technology, practices, adjust based off market needs, and drive new and updated programs.
Able to work as a team player and also independently with minimal supervision.
Academic Qualification(s): Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s): Possess 1 to 2 years of training experience is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
Possess project management skills.
Able to analyze problems and provide strategies and solutions for improvement.
