Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate training of product information, policies, processes, systems, soft skills, and technical AutoCAD workflows as required to achieve Operations objectives.
Coordinate with Operations and other support departments to facilitate the creation of systems credentials, timekeeping, new hire orientation presentations, and the successful hand-off of trainees to production.
Administer assessments and technical design reviews to confirm understanding of training material and identify knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
Regularly participate in production activities—including active solar design and drafting—to maintain expertise on each line of business (LOB) being trained.
Complete necessary training, nesting, and CAD certification prior to running a class.
Check in to Teams Shift Log in Channel and send Attendance updates in the Class Attendance Channel daily.
