- Deliver training and coaching according to Amazon’s standards.
- Deliver internal Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training to Amazon standards.
- Review and improve site‑training completion rates together with managers and associates.
- Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience.
