CMES, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Training & Development Manager to lead company-wide workforce development, onboarding, leadership training, and employee growth initiatives across both field and office operations. This role plays a key part in strengthening employee development, operational excellence, safety culture, and long-term workforce strategy within a fast-paced heavy civil highway construction environment.
This position directly supervises the Training Lead and helps drive the company’s long-term workforce development strategy in a fast-paced heavy civil highway construction and engineering environment.
