Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of classroom and on-road training sessions
- Prepare training materials and equipment for sessions
- Facilitate group discussions and answer questions from trainees
- Conduct on-road assessments to evaluate driver skills and identify areas for improvement
- Provide feedback and coaching to drivers to enhance their performance
- Document assessment results and share feedback with the training team
- Provide ongoing support to drivers, answering questions and resolving issues
- Assist drivers with technical difficulties and app usage
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance and performance
- Prepare training reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
