Training & Development Supervisor

I. Job Summary

The Training and Development Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee training and development programs. This role aims to enhance employee skills, improve performance, support professional growth, and contribute to overall organizational effectiveness.

II. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments.
• Develop, organize, and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Training Calendar.
• Administer training evaluation tools after each session and monitor overall program effectiveness to identify areas for improvement and recommend continuous enhancements.
