Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales training programs based on the product portfolio of MEWPs and Telehandlers.
  2. Create training outlines in accordance with the established training programs and customer needs, and organize the development of corresponding training materials.
  3. Conduct customer training sessions following the defined programs, outlines, and materials.
  4. Perform regular customer follow-ups to gather feedback and identify ongoing training needs.
