:Under general supervision, the Training Program Manager will build, implement and maintain the I-66 EMP training program. This team-member will collaborate with each of the various departments within the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluate and maintain compliance with regulatory and contractual training requirements to include both initial training and refresher trainings.
Evaluate and approve all third-party/external trainers
Build out a calendar of required training and coordinate with each department to schedule the classes/trainings
Handle the procurement process for all third party and Train-the-Trainer certification courses
Create, implement and manage the I-66 EMP training program, maintain metrics and training KPIs
Search for gaps in training material that need updating to generate higher productivity and safety
