****YOUR ROLE**As a Training Supervisor on our teams.Responsible to Human Resources Management for identifying needs, designing and delivering training; standardizing, maintaining, and improving the orientation process and continuing education programs; designing and implementing organizational consulting processes; ensuring compliance with government regulations, Aptiv's internal policies and procedures; and general administration of the Training area.In your daily job you will:- Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they receive the necessary training, resources, and support to integrate smoothly into the team and contribute effectively to project deliverables- Allocate resources effectively across projects and initiatives, balancing workload and priorities to optimize team productivity, utilization, and project delivery timelines.
