The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a squadron scheduling specialist with responsibiity for mid-range scheduling, operational reports, schedule changes and technical guidance in support of student and instructor pilots. Position operates in a high tempo environment, typically scheduling 100-120 aircraft sorties and 40-50 simulator missions per day. Responsibilities Plans, coordinates, and schedules flying, simulator, and academic training events, for multiple international student classes, instructors, and resources. Plans, coordinates, and schedules unprogrammed events. Coordinates with affected functions to support routine or short notice requests for classrooms and/or instructors; such as periodic Instrument Refresher Course (IRC) requirements, Red Carpet events, and Senior National Representative (SNR) day activities.
