Transactional Attorney

We are working with an elite boutique Texas firm to find the right Transactional Attorney for their Austin office! The firm is looking for a detail-oriented 5+ year Attorney (Associate, Counsel or Partner level!) with solid transactional/M&A experience (Oil and gas experience is a plus, but not required).
