Role Overview

To support SMBC Americas' business growth strategy, the Transformation and Change Management Group (“TCMG”) is executing major initiatives to enhance critical processes across US operations and global regions. TCMG is primarily responsible for establishing and managing large-scale programs focused on implementation of processes, methodologies, and systems that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The Director will be responsible for rigorously managing a portfolio of prioritized change projects within the Finance portfolio, working closely with senior stakeholders across SMBC Americas, as well as guiding a team of junior staff.
