Job Description
**Introduction**
The Financial Transaction Manager - Order to Cash (O2C) is responsible for leading and optimizing the end‑to‑end O2C cycle, ensuring accurate financial transaction processing, strong internal controls, compliance with corporate policies, and efficient cash flow management. This role oversees credit, billing, collections, cash application, dispute management, and financial reporting activities within the O2C process. The manager will partner closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Shared Services teams to drive operational excellence, improve process efficiency, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
