Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate written and verbal translation between Chinese and Indonesian.
- Support project meetings, business discussions, and site communications through
- interpretation services.
- Translate and prepare official correspondence, contracts, reports, and project
- documentation.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and cross-functional communication.
- Translate, organize, and archive project documents, correspondence, and meeting
- minutes.
- Ensure translation quality and consistency with corporate terminology and
- standards.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, local authorities, suppliers, and
- business partners.
- Perform other translation and administrative duties assigned by management.
