Transport Allocator

About the role

The Transport Allocator is responsible for scheduling pick-up and deliveries for the InfraBuild Recycling Internal and Contract fleet. You will communicate with all parties in the Recycling supply chain and respond to all requests, ensuring our promise to the customer is met and safety is not compromised while maintaining efficiencies and professionalism at all times.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Apply and reinforce all InfraBuild Recycling policies and procedures relating to the management of health and safety values as pertains to transport
• Report hazards and incidents immediately
• Manage and coordinate fleet transport operations within the transport network, in line with documented safe operating procedures
• Check drivers qualifications and verify competencies against InfraBuild requirements
