Essential Technical Knowledge Advanced English IMMEX Program, Customs Law, General Rules of Foreign Trade. IVA/IEPS certifications, Annex 24 and 31, descargos, customs entries, and non‑tariff regulations. INCOTERMS and their operational application in contracts, quotations, and shipments. Export and import processes (ordinary, temporary, definitive, returns, transfers).
