Overview
The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Transportation Manager with day to day transportation operations. Manages employees at assigned Transportation location. Employee must be capable of performing and organizing, but not limited to, the following transportation and container functions: providing customer service, processing Transportation Movement Requests(TMRs), capable of training and enforcing policies and standard procedures, familiarity with Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services(PMCS) and vehicle utilization records, performing internal inspections to ensure compliance, conducting shift safety meetings, experience in route planning for shuttle bus services, planning and supervising critical lifts, and have experience in the handling of materials to include hazardous.
