About the Role - At No Fixed Address (NFA), we create personalised and experience-led journeys across the globe. We are looking for a Travel Operations Associate to manage end-to-end travel operations, coordinate with global partners, and ensure seamless execution of client trips from booking to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute bespoke domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Manage hotels, activities, transfers, flights, and travel logistics.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and suppliers worldwide.
- Handle bookings through B2B platforms.
- Provide pre-departure assistance and on-trip support.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Maintain booking records, vouchers, and travel documentation.
