We are looking for a Trust Officer for an important group in Geneva.
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, that includes companies, trusts, and other institutions with international orientations. Make sure compliance concerning financial, regulatory and legal requirements. Collaborate with tax and legal advisors to restructure and implement fiduciary solutions. Prepare corporate files like trust deeds, resolutions, loan agreements and powers of attorney for Trust and Corporate. Overlook accounting processes, such as financial statement. Maintain accuracy records and files for all clients. Act as first contact for clients, bankers, and other parties.
