Job Requirements
- Work in a home setting (family or residential setting for LAC) and tutor students 1:1 from key stage 1 to further education.
- Plan lesson plans and activities, ensuring the curriculum is covered.
- Teach creatively and with a versatile style, holding professional qualifications (QTS / QTLS / PGCE), a subject specialism, or extensive tuition experience in English, Maths and/or Science.
- Have experience, knowledge and understanding of working with children/young people with additional learning needs (SEN/SEMH).
- Have experience, knowledge and understanding of working with disengaged young people or looked‑after children.
- Possess an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
