Job Description

The Tutor Support Associate helps ensure the quality and smooth operation of tutoring and learning activities in the program.

Your Responsibilities

• Review tutor class recordings and scorecards based on evaluation guidelines
• Monitor tutor schedules, attendance, and class coverage
• Provide administrative and operational support for tutor coordination
• Assist the Head Tutor and Assistant Head Tutor in implementing quality and operational processes
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal standards
