Key Responsibilities
- Provide
L2/L3 application support
for
Unit4 Business World (formerly Agresso)
, primarily covering
Finance & Billing
modules - Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution within SLA
- Support month-end, year-end closing activities and finance operational processes
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Work with business users to analyze issues, provide fixes, and propose improvements
