Job Description
UI Developer 1 (Lead Frontend – 10+ years experience)
Core Skills Required:
Expert-level React (hooks, context, performance optimizations)
Ability to start a project from scratch and design an enterprise-grade frontend architecture
Strong experience with:
HTML5 / CSS3 / SCSS
Redux / Redux Toolkit
Node.js (basic to intermediate)
Chart frameworks → Chart.js / D3.js / Highcharts
Complex dashboard UI development (grids, charts, filters, high-volume data)
Experience integrating frontend with multiple backend APIs
Ability to lead UI team, do code reviews, and set coding standards
Good understanding of web performance and accessibility
AWS exposure (Cloud Front / S3 hosting / Amplify) is a plus
Experience working closely with backend/data teams
Good communication + leadership
