Develop generalist team technical skills level & UiR engineer’s skill to meet increasing local solving power >80% .Engage team members to achieve designed team goal efficiently.Enable generalist to lead complex issues escalation to TS/GSC to speed up solution come out & drive AP quality of TS.Coordinates and ensures execution of multiple activities which are specific as to goal and content.The interaction with other teams requires a good understanding of the interfaces with other disciplines/parties.Role and responsibilities

Education and experience
