SKILLS REQUIRED
- Over 6 years of hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central 8.1.
- Extensive experience in production support environments, ensuring high system availability and operational stability.
- Proven ability to work effectively under stringent SLA commitments and deliver timely resolutions.
- Strong understanding of the Incident Resolution Lifecycle, including incident identification, analysis, troubleshooting, escalation, and closure.
- Hands-on experience with Incident Management tools such as ServiceNow for incident tracking, management, and reporting.
