:The contractor will provide parking lot security services at the Walmart facility, including: Continuous Patrols: Monitor all areas of the parking lot, including the rear of the building. Incident Reporting: Observe and immediately report any suspicious or criminal activity, as well as unauthorized soliciting or literature distribution. Customer Interaction: Refer all customer inquiries or issues to Walmart facility management. Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor; wear a uniform at all times. Documentation: Submit incident reports to Walmart management and check in/out using the facility’s time system. Emergency Support: Assist in emergency situations as directed by management or first responders. Restrictions: Guards may not chase, block, detain, or restrain any person or vehicle.
