Job Description
We are currently looking for a Unit Adminsitraor to oversee the daily financial stability of the Unit. Will be responsible for maintaing cash-ups, supplies, invoicng and the financial control of the Unit.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Catering with monthly client account.
- Comprehensive maintenance of all financial control systems.
- Report any fluctuations on stock consumption reports to the Catering Manager
- Assist Catering Manager with once a month surprise audit stock check.
- Risk skills required.
- Liaise with Catering Manager, to consolidating all costings for meals and functions and GP monitoring.
- Assist with stock takes. Ensure all invoices received for processing, have been GRV’d.
- Computer literate – use of various computer programs ie Word, Excel, Tsebo Retail.
- Must be able to assist with functions.
- Compile weekly summary of Profit and Loss for the unit....
