United Breweries Limited Job title : Unit HR Head Department : HR, Personnel and Administration Location : Aurangabad Grade : 15 1.Scope of the job Job purpose Harmonious HR and IR operations at a unit level through effective engagement. Key Responsibilities ➢ Recruitment and staffing o Handle recruitments at optimal cost at unit level, with assistance from HO o Induction of freshers and lateral joinees to the unit o Provide timely and accurate information for reports and presentations ➢ Performance Appraisals o Ensuring annual appraisals on time o Ensuring Goal setting process is done on time ➢ Statutory Compliance o Timely adherence and compliance with various labour laws and other statutes applicable to the factory in the state and at a central level.
