This job is required to perform: (specific duty tasks)
Responsibilities
- Clean all kitchen surfaces and remove rubbish
- Wash and clean kitchen equipment and appliances
- Keep the food and supply storage areas organised and clean
- Sort, store and distribute cooking ingredients
- Wash, peel, chop and cut food ingredients as required
- Help to prepare dishes, weigh ingredients and check supplies
- Assist in packing food items and beverage for serving
- Re-stocking and put away food and other supplies and equipment at the end of each shift
