1. Candidate must have a minimum of Diploma or Degree in Education 

2. Must have a good knowledge in GES Curriculum

3. Must have 3 or more years teaching experience teaching Upper Primary 

4. Must have handled primary before

5. Must be very good in literacy and curriculum structure.

6. Must have great love for children
