Qualifications
- Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
- Prepare project management plans to monitor progress and assess project issues and their impact on timeline and cost.
- Develop comprehensive master plans for urban projects, including urban design, infrastructure planning, and detailed project reports (DPRs).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, environment & financial experts, etc.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and regulatory agencies.
- Travel to project sites for data collection, conduct stakeholder consultations and attend client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Architecture & Master’s degree in urban planning/ urban design with 3-5 years of experience.
