Job Description
- Minimum 1 year of experience in resume sourcing or end-to-end recruiting
- Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing
new techniques
- Consultative and customer-focused approach with recruiters and hiring managers
- The ability to prioritize, manage time well, stay organized, quickly address needs, and adjust
focus as needed.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion
- Ability to comfortably work in a deadline-oriented environment
- Work Timings- US East Coast (6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST;
