The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 2 years US Accounting and Bookkeeping experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
- Able to prepare, review, and understand a financial statement
Your Daily Tasks
- Maintain records of day-to-day financial transactions by verifying accounts and posting transactions
- Code and enter expense invoices, run checks, process billings, and prepare bank deposits while ensuring accurate debit and credit entries in the general ledger
