US Construction Bookkeeper | QuickBooks Desktop

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Data Entry Specialist to support a general contractor with project-related data entry, vendor invoices, estimates, purchase orders, and documentation.

This role requires someone who can understand construction estimates and invoices , identify line items correctly, and enter them accurately into QuickBooks Desktop . This is not basic data entry. The candidate must be able to read vendor estimates/invoices, understand what the charges are for, and match them to the correct project, purchase order, sales order, or cost item.
