About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong exposure to Prime Vendors, Tier 1
Vendors, and Direct US Clients. The candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end US
IT recruitment and US hiring models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and sales teams to understand technical requirements.
- Source and engage top-tier candidates through job portals and networking platforms.
- Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews with US clients.
- Work extensively with Prime Vendors and Tier 1 Vendors.
- Handle Direct US client requirements and maintain strong client communication.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
