Job Description
**What You'll Do**:- Support the lead user researcher on executing research studies, using a variety of methods including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and analytics- Own research responsibilities on specific initiatives and support research projects from beginning to end (Defining study goals, constructing a research plan, recruiting, gathering data, synthesizing learnings, and reporting insights)- Support research operations by managing recruitment, scheduling, and facilitating payment.Moderate 1:1 interviews with participants, ensuring a comfortable and engaging environment- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research, analyze data, and present clear and actionable findings to key stakeholders.
