Join UTM as the Supervisor of Student Leadership Programs. Lead innovative workshops and mentorship initiatives that empower students and foster leadership skills.
This position supports the development of student leadership and mentorship programming under the Assistant Director of Campus & Community Engagement. As the supervisor of the Peer Mentorship Programmer, you will organize events, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with strategic partners to enhance student experiences on campus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement curricular and co-curricular activities for students
• Develop comprehensive evaluation frameworks for programs
• Facilitate seminars and leadership workshops
• Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders
• Lead and direct staff performing similar roles
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Five-plus years in student services experience
• Proven project leadership capabilities
