- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or similar relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience designing engaging User Experiences for Web and Mobile.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Able to lead workshops and engage stakeholders across all levels.
- Advanced knowledge of methodologies like Design Thinking, customer journey mapping, interviewing, and presentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience designing within complex systems or data-intensive environments.
- Strategic mindset and strong business acumen to align design work with business objectives.
- Availability to work full-time from 8am to 6pm US Eastern Time.
