Responsibilities
- Ensure and guarantee the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management Systems in line with national and international regulations
- Safety & Compliance: maintain compliance systems and achieve 0 major non-conformities in external audits.
- Quality Management System: maintain certifications and ensure ongoing effectiveness
- People Development & Training: promote training, skill development, and multi-tasking capabilities
- Process Improvement & Defect Reduction: drive continuous improvement and achieve RTY goals
- QA (Quality Assurance) achieving quality targets and managing the entire department’s operations
- Customer Focus & Complaints Management: ensure effective complaint handling and customer satisfaction
