Join Servus Credit Union as a Value and Metrics Advisor, where you can work remotely while driving impactful strategic analysis. This full-time position focuses on enterprise performance and actionable insights.
As part of the Strategy and Enterprise Planning Team, you will assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and develop performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in strategic planning and a strong analytical skill set to interpret data. Your role will also involve aligning project benefits with financial metrics in collaboration with FP&A.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage KPIs and scorecards to evaluate strategy
• Provide insights for improving enterprise performance
• Assess project value through outcome measurements
• Collaborate with FP&A on metric alignment
