Value Optimization Engineer - HVAC/ PWT

The VO Engineer – HVAC Engine is responsible for driving value optimization initiatives within HVAC & Engine systems under the Propulsion domain. This role focuses on cost optimization, technical benchmarking, system-level improvements, and cross-functional value initiatives , without direct responsibility for detailed parts design or CAD modeling. The position ensures alignment between engineering, purchasing, suppliers, and program teams to deliver cost-effective and performance-optimized solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead Value Optimization (VO) initiatives for HVAC & Engine systems within Propulsion. Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities (VA/VE, VAVE, benchmarking). Perform system-level technical analysis to support cost and performance improvements. Evaluate material, process, and supplier alternatives to enhance product value.
