Position Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Ambulance Driver to join our team at PetMedics. This role is based at our Worsley site and involves transporting animals, handling challenging behaviours, and maintaining infection control and records.
Key Responsibilities
- Animal handling and transportation, including animals with difficult demeanours; experience with large dogs required.
- Animal husbandry and exercising.
- Infection control.
- Basic administration tasks with animal records.
- General housekeeping.
- Maintain confidentiality in a sensitive role.
Qualifications & Experience
- Full and clean driving licence.
- Experience handling animals, including the transporting of animals in and out of vehicles.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to record and document clear, accurate information.
