Veterinary Equine Receptionist

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a knowledge of horses to join us as a Receptionist at Western Counties Equine Hospital .

Location: Western Counties Equine Hospital, Culmstock, Devon, EX15 3LA

Contract: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 37.8 hrs per week

Shift Pattern: The office is open Monday - Friday between 08.30 - 17.30. With a 2:5 share in Saturday mornings 08.30 - 13.00

About the role

• Answering phones and booking appointments
• Logistical planning of Vet's diaries
• Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
• Registering new clients
