Overview

Bowen Veterinary Services is a boutique clinic located on Bowen Island. The clinic offers a treat bar and a wellness room for animals in a well-designed setting.

Program

NVA Canada’s VT Practicum Program provides final‑year veterinary technician students with real‑world experience in a supportive, dynamic environment. Students work alongside experienced veterinarians and registered veterinary technicians (RVTs) to develop clinical skills in patient care, laboratory procedures, anesthesia, surgical assistance, radiology and more.

Eligibility

Eligible students are those enrolled in an accredited VT program in Canada and completing their final practicum during their final year.

Compensation

Participants may receive a stipend to help with travel expenses, allowing focus on learning without financial worries.
