Victoria Area Manager
Location: Melbourne, Victoria (CBD access required 2–3 days per week)
Role Overview
This is a newly created Area Manager role responsible for leading and improving performance across a portfolio of 11 stores in Victoria and Tasmania. The role is hands-on and commercially focused, suited to a traditional retail leader who can lift capability, drive sales, and address underperformance in a challenging market.
The role is Melbourne-based, with regular CBD presence and travel to Tasmania approximately four times per year. The Area Manager reports to the State Manager and works closely with senior retail leadership.
