Key Accountabilities
- Conduct in‑depth research using policy / regulatory documentation, industry reports, technical journals, and financial disclosures and synthesize into actionable insights across multiple environmental commodity markets.
- Track macro and cross‑market and commodity linkages (energy inputs, cost curves, FX, rates) and communicate second‑order impacts on fundamentals.
- Maintain a structured view of key risks and opportunities: supply disruptions, demand shocks, structural changes, geopolitics, and regulatory developments that affect environmental commodity pricing and availability.
- Build and maintain dynamic and complex financial models for environmental commodity markets (e.g., low carbon fuels, carbon credit markets, etc.).
- Build and maintain commodity supply and demand balances (production, consumption, inventories) and translate findings into clear market implications.
