Vice President, International Structuring

The firm is recruiting a Vice President to its International Structuring practice. Vice Presidents lead complex structuring matters end-to-end — designing multi-jurisdictional architectures, managing relationships with external counsel and trustees, and serving as the day-to-day point of contact for principal clients.

The role demands genuine technical depth across private client tax, corporate tax, and trust law, combined with the ability to translate technical structures into clear advice for principals. Cross-border fluency is essential.

Suited to candidates with substantive prior experience in international tax, private client advisory, or trust services at a senior level.
