JOB SUMMARY
The Village Accountant manages the financial operations and accounting functions for multiple villages within the development as a shared service. This role includes preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The accountant works closely with village administrator to support accurate financial management and maintain transparency across all villages.

Financial Reporting and Recordkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all villages under supervision.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
