VIP Deskside IT Support Technician (Onsite/Remote)

HCLTech is seeking an IT support professional located in Versoix, Switzerland. This role includes providing technical support for desktop computers, applications, and IT equipment both onsite and remotely. You will interact with end users, managers, and technical staff, managing incidents and requests through ITSM tools.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in field support services, strong communication skills in local language and English, and a good understanding of IT services.
