About the Role
This is a key opportunity for an experienced VIP Manager to take ownership of the VIP function for a fast-moving online casino brand rooted in Brazil. The role focuses on designing a high-impact VIP program tailored to local players, building personal relationships with high-value users, and driving loyalty, retention, and revenue. The position is fully remote, ideally suited for candidates based in Brazil, and offers the chance to work in a nimble, non-corporate environment with plenty of autonomy.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement a VIP program specifically for the Brazilian market, including player segmentation and targeting strategies for high-value and emerging VIPs.
- Develop and execute personalized promotions, experiences, and loyalty rewards to retain and engage top-tier players.
- Serve as the primary contact for VIP customers via WhatsApp, Telegram, and phone, delivering a concierge-level service.
